Uvm phases does synchronization like all run phases are started parallel and if any of the component run phase completes first it stays in the same run phase and waits till all others complete then what is the use of raising and dropping objection.

This is achieved by an objection. In order to go to the next phase, the simulation needs to know that all components have finished the phase because it may or may not take time or complete after different times. So, when a component starts a run time phase, it has to raise an objection so that the bench knows not to advance to next phase until its completion, which is marked by dropping the objection.
